Who We Are...

James Read is the Director of Operations with a great deal of experience as a safety critical operator in the rail industry and has worked on many sites across the UK. His work has encompassed all the normal safety and security aspects of railway engineering and he has also developed a strong background in basic track maintenance and monitoring systems. James has drive and enthusiasm and a determination to develop systems that allow engineers to work smarter and safer and get the job done more efficiently.

Mike Calienda (MCIOB) the Senior Engineer has given 10 years to the rail industry and is an approved railtrack surveyor. With a great wealth of experience gained from involvement in all manner of rail industry surveying including basic permanent way maintenance schedules, bridge surveys and the like. Mike also became a key operative in the networks Datum plating program. He is presently operating in the day to day accurate monitoring and site surveys in line with GWESPA.
